Vancouver, B.C., November 2, 2015 - FDC: TSX-V- Forum Uranium Corp. (“Forum” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeannine Webb, CPA (CGA) as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer effective November 1, 2015 to replace Dennis Cojuco who resigned as CFO effective October 31, 2015. Jeannine Webb has over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration sector, and served as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for various private, junior “small cap” domestic and international public companies. She has a wide range of skills on financial management and regulatory reporting, and currently serves as CFO and Corporate Secretary for several Canadian TSX Venture companies with operations in Canada and the US. Mr. Dennis Cojuco, the Company’s former Chief Financial Officer resigned due to his other significant work commitments and the Board of Directors wish to thank Dennis for his contributions to the Company while serving as CFO.

The Company also announces that the Board of Directors have approved the re-pricing of certain outstanding options granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The Company proposes to reprice all of its 2,330,000 outstanding options to reduce the exercise price to $0.10 in order to more closely reflect the current trading range of the Company’s common shares. The repricing of the options to directors, officers and insiders requires shareholder approval at the Company’s next annual general meeting scheduled to be held on December 10, 2015. The repricing of all options remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company also announces that, in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan, it has granted to certain of its consultants incentive stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 190,000 common shares exercisable on or before November 1, 2020 at a price of $0.10 per share.
