Forum Retains Falcon Point Capital Partners As Investor Relations Consultant
| ||Vancouver, B.C. November 15, 2010. Forum Uranium Corp. (the "Company") (FDC: TSX-V) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Falcon Point Capital Partners ("Falcon Point") as its Communications and Investor Relations Consultant.|
Falcon Point is a Vancouver-based firm that provides marketing, communications and investor relations solutions to public companies through its InvestmentBC.com platform. Falcon Point develops and executes IR/PR programs designed to improve marketplace positioning, encourage market engagement, increase brand awareness and to cultivate strategic relationships.
Falcon Point has been engaged for a six month contract at a rate of $1,200 per month. In addition, the Company has granted to Falcon Point, in accordance with the Company's stock option plan, incentive stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 50,000 common shares exercisable on or before November 15, 2015 at a price of $0.20 per share.
Falcon Point does not have any direct or indirect interest in the Company.
