Thu Oct 1, 2009 Forum Increases Financing to $900,000
Vancouver, B.C. October 1, 2009. Forum Uranium Corp. (FDC: TSX-V) is pleased to announce that due to strong response from investors, the Company has increased its non-brokered private placement financing to $900,000 from the initially targeted $800,000 as set out in the Company's news release disseminated earlier today. The amended financing will be completed through the issuance of up to 11,250,000 units at a price of $0.08 per unit on the same terms as set out in the Company's news release of earlier today.
